Refund Policy

General Returns and Exchanges

1. Change of Mind:

If you change your mind after shopping, please contact us within three days of receiving the goods.Provided that the product and packaging are in good condition, you may choose to exchange it for another product.

Please note that the shipping cost for the exchange will be at your own expense.

2. Quality Issues:

If you receive a product with quality issues, such as leakage or inflation problems, we offer the following options:

  • Exchange for an equivalent product.
  • Provide a full refund.

3. Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable:

In cases where there are no quality issues, but the pet dislikes the product due to batch variations or personal preferences, we regret that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds.

Sale and Discounted Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

Perishable Goods

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for perishable goods. 

Closeout Sale Items

Items sold during a closeout sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Near Expiry Special Discount Items

  • We offer certain products at a discounted price when they are near their expiry date. The expiry date will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
  • Near expiry special discount items are sold on an “as-is” basis and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales of near expiry special discount items are final.

Procedure for Returns and Exchanges

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
